Dave’s Alaska Real Estate focuses on Vacation and Commercial Properties in Sterling, Alaska. Currently there are  nine vacation properties for sale (Jan, 2010), and two commercial properties in development stage.

He has been buying and selling vacation properties in the Gregory and Sumpter Subdivisions of Sterling Alaska since 2005.

Additionally, he also has begun to focus more on commercial developement in Sterling Alaska.
