This year promises to be an interesting year in the Sterling area. Soldotna has grown pretty much to it’s boundaries. Sterling, however, has lots of room for growth in all directions. Be as it may though, good property is becoming more scares.

During 2010, we sold 4 properties, all in the Gregory Subdivision (on the west side). We still have some land in the subdivision, but it’s not for sale at this time.

Commercial property wise, we now have two very nice properties in the center of Sterling. At this time, nothing is planned for them. In fact, we hope to add a few more parcels in the same area in 2011.

We’ll update more as summer approaches.

Commercial Property Sterling Highway, Sterling, AK Back in 2006 I purchased an old home at 33305 Sterling Highway, which sat on 1 Ac. of land and 208 ft. of prime Sterling Highway frontage. This photo video shows the transition of this property to it’s current for the summer of 2010. In addition to this property, I also bought a 1.14 Ac. property directly behind the highway lot. Together there is now 2.14 Ac. available for one or more great businesses in Sterling, Alaska.

Kettle Rd Lot Clearing In the winter of 2008 I purchased several lots in the Gregory subdivision, two of which are on Kettle Road. The lots contained an old above-ground basement, which simply had no value and was a eye sore. Hench, this photo video shows the demo and clearing of the lot.

Summer 2010 Video – Commercial Property Sterling Highway, Sterling, AK This is one of three videos taken August 2010 on my commercial property in Sterling, Alaska. This property is on the south side of the Sterling Highway in the center of town. Some day it should be a great site for business expansion in Sterling, Alaska.
